Personally, I like to post this schedule outside our nursery door so that nursery workers and parents can easily see who is on staff that day/time!

Another thing that makes this template so easy and versatile is that it can be filled out and then sent digitally, too, to let your lovely nursery workers see when they are slotted as well as then save and download the schedule to their mobile devices for easy access and reminders!

These versatile templates, though, are also useful for a volunteer nursery schedule if you decide to write in the dates you need workers, and let workers fill in their names in the blanks after the desired date!
